DELIVERY DATE AND TIME
Deliveries take place daily from 10:00 to 21:00. (Exceptions may apply)
That same day orders are accepted until 18:00.

Flowers will be delivered within 3-4 hours after order payment.
It is better to order flowers and gifts beforehand (2-3 days in advance). We offer to order exotic and non-seasonal flowers no later than a week in advance.
The date and time are chosen by the customer, while filling in the order you can choose from 3 options: 10: 00-14: 00, 14: 00-17: 00, 17: 00-21: 00.
Delivery time cannot be guaranteed on Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year, St. Valentine’s Day, March 8, Mother’s and Father’s Days.

FLOWERS DELIVERY AT THE EXACT TIME
Time is calculated to the nearest 1 hour (8: 00-9: 00, 10: 00-11: 00, etc.). 6 € (extra charge).

FLOWER DELIVERY WITHOUT RECIPIENT’S ADDRESS – IT’S POSSIBLE !!!
You don’t know the recipient’s address? Don’t worry! Send us His phone number and name. We will personally arrange a time and place. You can do all this by filling in the order and entering the recipient’s phone number in the “Recipient details” section.
ANONYMOUS FLOWERS DELIVERY
Free anonymous flower delivery – a service for real surprise lovers. By ordering this service online, you can be sure that we will not give away what we deliver and from where, unless you want to sign the postcard yourself. You can order this service by checking the box when filling in the order form

FLOWERS TO HOME, WORK, HOSPITAL OR HOTEL….
We deliver flowers not only to homes but also to work. In the hotel (hospital) we deliver flowers to the room (ward) number specified by the client. If you have forgotten the room (ward) number, but know the name of the institution, it is quite enough to deliver flowers directly to the recipient.
PHOTO DURING DELIVERY
“Gėlių fėja” team will take pictures of a delivery moment. This is our gift to you because you allow us to give us the smiles we want to share. The service may not be possible if the recipient disagrees to take a photo. We will send the photo to your specified e-mail address.

ORDER REPORT
Verification of the completed order will be sent to your specified email address.

ATTENTION!
The courier waits 15 minutes at the delivery address. If there is no recipient, the courier has the right to leave the bouquet for any person in the room address where the recipient should be. If there is not a single person at the specified address to whom the bouquet can be left, then the courier brings it back to the office. If the order cannot be delivered, we will deliver the flowers to another address or time specified by the customer (for an additional fee of 12 €). If this is not possible, the money for the goods and services will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for late delivery or non-delivery if the incorrect recipient’s phone number or address provided was incomplete and we were unable to contact the customer. Complaints about flower quality from the recipient are accepted only at the time of delivery. If the recipient does not want to accept flowers, the money will not be returned to the customer, but on the same day for an additional fee in Vilnius and Vilnius district we will deliver the flowers to the address convenient for you. If the customer refuses to provide new flower delivery information, we reserve the right to decide what to do next, the money for services and flowers are non-refundable.

FLOWER REPLACEMENT
Sometimes we have to change the flowers without changing the look and price of the bouquet. Not all flowers are available at this time. Seasonal flowers predominate.
All the changes in bouquets are made in agreement with the client. If we are unable to contact the customer to change the flowers in order to fulfill the order on time, we reserve the right to make the change at our discretion, non-seasonal flowers may be changed to seasonal and the flower shades may differ from those seen in the picture. Neither the price nor the size of the bouquet will change.
